A legal entity governed by private law, duly constituted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with its registered office at Rua Attilio Fuser Jr, nº 21, bairro Palmital, in the city of Porto Feliz, state of São Paulo, registered with CNPJ nº 50.334.614/0001-88, legally represented in accordance with its constitutive act, hereinafter "CONTROLLER"; Considering the principles described in art. 6, of Law 13.709/18 (General Data Protection Law - LGPD), and the collection of the consent of the data subject, in accordance with arts. 7, I, and 8, LGPD, sets out the following conditions: 1. The purpose of this term is to collect the curriculum of the data subject for possible participation in the CONTROLLER's selection process. 2. The data processing carried out in this operation is necessary in order to carry out an analysis of the data subject's CV, in order to verify that the mandatory requirements for participation in the CONTROLLER's selection process have been met. 2.2 The data subject's personal data remains stored with the CONTROLLER for the purposes of offering a new selection process compatible with the data subject's qualities, for a period of 6 months.3 For the purposes of this relationship, personal data is any information contained in the CV submitted to the CONTROLLER that identifies or makes identifiable the data subject.4. The data subject may, at any time, by means of a duly substantiated formal request, via e-mail, request the revocation of their consent in relation to all or part of the personal data held by the CONTROLLER.4.1 The request described in the previous item must be sent to the e-mail address [email protected], and the CONTROLLER will respond to the request within 5 (five) working days.
